Plantation Development Project(PDP) Loan Scheme (Funded by ADB)
The objective of the PDP scheme is to assist Regional Plantation Companies (RPC) to become profitable business entities. The project is still active and LOLC grants concessionary rate funding to RPC’s for their capital expenditure requirements.
